Community Guidelines

Pawania is built on mutual respect, creativity, and fair participation. These guidelines keep the platform safe for everyone.

Everyone on Pawania — creators, fans, and brands — is expected to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

Be Respectful

Treat all community members with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Keep Content Safe

Do not upload content that is sexually explicit involving minors, depicts real violence or gore for shock value, promotes self-harm or suicide, or contains graphic content without appropriate age-gating. All uploads are scanned automatically and reviewed by our moderation team.

No Spam or Manipulation

Do not use automated tools, bots, or coordinated behaviour to inflate metrics, manipulate recommendations, or artificially boost earnings. Authentic engagement is the foundation of the Pawania economy.

Respect Intellectual Property

Only upload content you own or have the rights to use. Uploading copyrighted material without permission is a violation of our terms and applicable law. We respond to DMCA takedown notices — see our DMCA Policy for details.

No Illegal Activity

Do not use Pawania to solicit, facilitate, or promote illegal goods or services, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. Accounts engaged in illegal activity will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

Authentic Identity

Do not impersonate other creators, public figures, brands, or Pawania staff. Parody and satire accounts are permitted if clearly labelled as such in the account name and bio.

Reporting Violations

Use the report button on any content, comment, or profile to flag potential violations. Our moderation team reviews all reports. For urgent safety concerns, email safety@pawania.com.

Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may appeal the decision through Settings > Support. We will review appeals within 5 business days.
