How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send completed takedown notices to: dmca@pawania.com. You can also submit notices through Settings > Privacy > DMCA Takedowns in your account.
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the removed content and its former location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake; (d) your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
Repeat Infringers
Pawania will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
False Notices
Filing a false takedown notice may expose you to civil liability. We take misuse of the DMCA process seriously.
