Running Brand Campaigns

Brands can partner with African creators on Pawania to run sponsored marketing campaigns.

Creating a Campaign

  1. Navigate to Brand > Campaigns > New Campaign.
  2. Select a creator from the Marketplace or enter their Creator ID.
  3. Fill in the campaign brief with objectives and creative guidelines.
  4. Set your total budget in PTK tokens.
  5. Define milestones — each with a title, description, and payment amount.
  6. Optionally set a deadline.
  7. Submit to send the proposal to the creator.

Campaign Lifecycle

  1. Pending — Waiting for the creator to accept or decline.
  2. Accepted — Creator accepted; campaign is ready to start.
  3. In Progress — Creator is working on deliverables.
  4. Delivered — Creator has submitted all deliverables for review.
  5. Approved — Brand approved the deliverables.
  6. Completed — All milestones paid out; campaign finished.

Reviewing Deliverables

When a creator submits work:

  1. Go to the campaign detail page.
  2. Navigate to the Deliverables tab.
  3. Review each deliverable and either Approve or Reject with a note.

Disputes

If there's an issue with deliverables:

  1. Go to the Actions tab.
  2. Select Dispute Campaign and provide a reason.
  3. Pawania's support team will mediate the dispute.

Ratings

After a campaign completes, both parties can rate each other on a 1–5 scale with optional comments.
