How Payments Work

Pawania uses PTK tokens as its internal currency, backed by real mobile money and card payments.

Adding Funds

  1. Go to Wallet > Top Up.
  2. Enter the amount and your mobile money number.
  3. Confirm the payment on your phone (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, etc.).
  4. Your PTK balance updates within seconds.

Making Purchases

PTK tokens are used to:

  • Subscribe to creator tiers
  • Enrol in paid courses
  • Purchase digital products
  • Tip creators
  • Enter paid challenges

Withdrawing Earnings

Creators can withdraw their earnings to mobile money:

  1. Go to Wallet > Withdraw.
  2. Enter the amount and your mobile money number.
  3. Confirm the withdrawal.
  4. Funds arrive in your mobile wallet within minutes.

Platform Fees

  • Subscription revenue — 10% platform commission.
  • Course sales — 10% platform commission.
  • Digital product sales — 10% platform commission.
  • Tips — 5% platform commission.
  • Campaign payments — Commission is set per campaign.
