Withdrawals

As a creator, you can withdraw your earnings to your mobile money account at any time.

How to Withdraw

  1. Navigate to Wallet from the main menu.
  2. Tap Withdraw.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  4. Enter your mobile money phone number.
  5. Confirm the transaction.

Processing Time

  • Most withdrawals are processed within 1–5 minutes.
  • During peak hours, it may take up to 30 minutes.
  • If your withdrawal hasn't arrived after 1 hour, contact support.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount depends on your country's currency:

  • Kenya (KES): 100 KES
  • Tanzania (TZS): 2,000 TZS
  • Uganda (UGX): 5,000 UGX
  • Nigeria (NGN): 500 NGN

Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly limits depend on your KYC verification tier. Complete identity verification to increase your limits.

Troubleshooting

  • "Insufficient balance" — Check your available balance (excludes held/escrowed funds).
  • "Invalid phone number" — Ensure the number matches your mobile money provider format.
  • Transaction pending — Wait up to 30 minutes. If still pending, contact support.
